PFAS is known as the Forever Chemical, but it does not have to be a Forever Problem. Water contaminated with
PFAS can be found in groundwater, stormwater, drinking water, essentially any source of water. How to deal with the problem and what steps need to be taken to treat PFAS in water to be safe and
compliant with current and future
regulations can be a daunting task.This course is designed as a Primer to begin to develop the steps and
strategies one concerned with
PFAS mitigation must take before deciding on a
treatment plan. We will also discuss current treatment
applications, as well as a brief discussion on upcoming treatment methods and future regulations.
