Josh is a senior transportation project engineer who began his career in 2012. He specializes in stormwater management including the design of best management practices, hydraulic modeling, surface water management plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and wetland restorations. A licensed engineer in the state of Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota, Josh actively promotes the value of protecting our natural resources for generations to come.
