PFAS disposal is heavily regulated by the USEPA and enforced by various departments within the State EPA organization. PFAS waste can be a concentrated or dilute liquid, a solid waste, or a gas. Rules and suggestions governing the disposal options for each form of PFAS waste can be confusing and contradictory.
