Tammy is a stormwater quality specialist at the Ada County Highway District. She began her career snorkeling for salmonids and then progressing to surface water quality on the Klamath River. Tammy had no idea that years later she would get to be scurrying around underground through Boise’s storm drain system. On rare occurrences, she may be seen above ground praying for rain.
