Patrick Elliott is a Senior Project Manager at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. Most of his work is focused in the Kinnickinnic (KK) River watershed, the most urbanized watershed in Wisconsin. The KK River watershed work includes reducing flood risk, naturalizing over 7 miles of stream, and providing enhancements to the local park system. The costs of these improvements are over $350 million. He is a Professional Engineer (PE) and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
