Trey is an Environmental Analyst for the City of Spokane responsible for ensuring that the conditions of the Eastern Washington Phase II Stormwater Municipal Stormwater Permit are met through coordination with the Cities’ departments and interactions with Washington State Department of Ecology. He has been with the City of Spokane for almost 2 years, and prior to that spent 13 years performing all aspects of stormwater compliance in the forest products and chemical manufacturing industrial sectors, in addition to consulting.
