Ms. Seitz is the Project Specialist at ICON Engineering and the former Stormwater Engineer and Manager for the City of Greeley, Colorado. She has managed various Capital Improvement Projects, including the case study discussed in her A Multi-Faceted Approach to Managing Stormwater Projects webinar and others in the 28th Avenue Basin and the future Downtown Master Plan Implementation. She has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering-Water Resources from Colorado State University and is a CFM, LEED AP, and registered PE in Colorado and Ohio. Her career spans four states, academia, an ENR Top-200 private consulting firm, and all levels of government—from small villages to federal agencies.
