Originally presented at StormCon 2022 on September 28, 2022, 2:00-2:30 PM

This presentation will cover New York City’s Stormwater Flood Maps and Resiliency plan, a multi-agency effort to assess flood risk associated with extreme precipitation events and climate change. It will describe the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling approach used in the study, a live demo of the interactive maps produced to visualize and communicate the flood risk, and the Stormwater Resiliency Plan, which charts New York City’s path toward greater stormwater resilience.
