Willis Logsdon is a scientist and planner specializing in urban water systems. Willis uses his background in hydrology, spatial modeling, and planning to support science-based decisions in the field of urban watershed management. Willis currently works as a Watershed Planner with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Utility Planning Division. His recent work includes implementing green infrastructure programs in San Francisco’s urban watersheds, developing a large-parcel stormwater incentive program, and planning for district-scale non-potable water systems. Willis holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
