Phil Potter earned his bachelor’s degree in Geography from McGill University, followed by a Master of Science degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Management and an Executive Masters of Business Administration earned at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Phil is also a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ) and Certified Professional in Municipal Stormwater Management (CPMSM). Mr. Potter has over ten years of experience in the environmental consulting industry helping clients solve complex environmental issues.
