As a senior engineer in the City of Spokane’s Integrated Capital Management Department, Mark is responsible for capital project scoping, funding, and programming the City’s utility projects. For the past 10 years, Mark has designed and programmed water, sewer and stormwater capital projects, following projects from inception to completion of construction. Prior to working at the City of Spokane, Mark worked as a consulting engineer in the private sector for 7 years.
