Mathew Munzlinger is Interim General Manager for the Hannibal Board of Public Works, and also serves as HBPW’s Utility Planning and Construction Engineer, Stormwater Supervisor and Sewer Supervisor. Mathew earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics at University of Missouri: Columbia in Columbia, Missouri and has been a registered Engineer in the state of Missouri since 2007. He volunteers in a variety of local organizations, including the Northeast Missouri Economic Development Council and the 1819 Hannibal Stream Team #4705. He also serves on the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers – Northeast Chapter where he sat as the vice president from 2011-2013, president from 2013-2015, and is currently on the Board of Directors. In his role as Stormwater Supervisor, Mathew has led HBPW’s efforts in developing HBPW’s new stormwater utility.
