Melissa Lindgren, P.E. is a Stormwater Engineer for the City of Virginia Beach in Public Works Stormwater Engineering Center – Technical Services Division. She has a background in both public and private sector work and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Lindgren is the Assistant Project Manager for the City’s Stormwater Master Plan update. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
