Kate Lindekugel is a Project Manager with RS&H, Inc. in the Aviation Environmental Stewardship and Resiliency Group. Over 18 years, she’s focused on water and stormwater quality issues; emerging contaminants like PFAS; regulatory policy-making; threatened and endangered species surveys; Natural Channel Design (NCD) stream restoration; and Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) permitting, including compensatory mitigation bank permitting, design, and implementation. Over the 9 years she has been with RS&H, Kate has been involved with the permitting of 8 CWA compensatory mitigation banks, including the second largest stream restoration bank in Texas. She has worked for the USACE Savannah District, AZDEQ, Arizona State University, and Clemson University.
