Dami Martins is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with over fifteen years of experience in design and construction. His experience includes working with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) to expand their stormwater management Best Management Practices program to address water quality contributing to the Chesapeake Bay. Most recently, he has been working for the US State Department’s Overseas Bureau of Operations on international projects to address site Civil issues such as stormwater management.
