Dan Bennett has been a Senior Environmental Planner in the Environmental Compliance Division at Sound Transit for 5 years, and has 30 years of experience in the field of surface water pollution prevention. He is part of a team that provides oversight of Sound Transit’s construction projects to ensure they are being implemented/operated according to environmental regulations and permit requirements including: stormwater and waste water discharge permits, sensitive areas permits, construction best management practices, mitigation commitments, waste handling requirements, and relevant cleanup regulations.
