Ms. Lantin is a Senior Vice President and Professional Civil Engineer with Michael Baker International. Ms. Lantin’s engineering experience involves civil and water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater management and water quality. She specializes in development and implementation of stormwater programs, NPDES Permit negotiations for Departments of Transportation, Federal, State and local municipal agencies. She has extensive experience in stormwater management projects in stormwater quality research studies, Best Management Practices (BMP) design, construction oversight, BMP implementation, water quality monitoring, operation and maintenance, and performance data analysis. Ms. Lantin has experience working with numerous Federal, State (including numerous DOT’s), and local agencies.
