Monitoring of Stormwater Facility Retrofits Installed with Washington State Department of Ecology Funding

David Mora has been collecting information on Department of Ecology funded stormwater retrofit projects since 2014. At StormCon 2018, he reported on BMP performance/maintenance issues that were observed just as projects were coming on line. Using the same data collection method reported on in 2018, he reports on the performance/maintenance project BMPs that have been in operation for multiple seasons.
