Delta Institute (Delta) serves as one of Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Region 5 Environmental Finance Centers (EFCs).  EFCs provide assistance to communities that do not have the capacity to plan projects or secure funding to implement Clean Water projects.

This webinar will provide an overview of the no cost technical assistance available through the EFC and how to apply.  It will also will describe projects eligible for State Revolving Funds (SRF) under the Clean Water program.

About the Presenter

Kristina Murphy, CFM, CC-P
Kristina Murphy is Delta Institute’s Administrator for the EPA Region 5 Environmental Finance Center.  She possesses approximately 25 years of water resources engineering experience, including working directly for local government for nearly 10 years in stormwater and floodplain management, drinking water distribution and storage, and wastewater collection systems.  Kristina is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and Certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P).
