David Keaffaber, P.E., joined GeoTree Solutions (formerly Milliken Infrastructure Solutions) as the new Midwest Region Manager in January 2014. David was also employed with CONTECH Construction Products and BridgeTek where he served in precast bridge/culvert marketing, sales and regulatory development roles. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering with an emphasis in Soil and Water Resources Engineering. Dave’s background also includes eight years’ experience with the Indianapolis Department of Public Works’ Flood Control and Drainage Division serving as Administrative/Chief Engineer and three years with Hancor Drainage Products as a Field Applications Engineer, as well as employment with Indianapolis-based CSO Architects and Engineers in a Water Resources Engineer position. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer.
